  •  Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering and, if necessary, print and keep a copy for your own records.

     

    Delivery

     

    Items will be dispatched via first class Royal Mail delivery within 30 days of the order being placed. This does not include bespoke and commission work, for which delivery times will vary. I will endeavour to provide a realistic date of when the item will be dispatched, however this cannot be guaranteed. If the delivery date is subject to change, I will give advance notice via email.

    If for any reason, the item you order is not available I will endeavour to supply a suitable replacement. If you wish to return the substitute item in accordance with the returns policy below, then in this instance postage and packaging will be refunded.

     

    Commissions

     

    For bespoke work and commissions, please allow at least six weeks for the design and creation of your piece. Depending on the complexity of the order, this may vary however I will give a realistic delivery date at the time a design is agreed. If you need your item quickly, then please contact me and I will do my best to help.

    Once a design is agreed, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the price quoted must be paid before any work is undertaken. The full balance, including postage costs, is payable before the item is posted.

     

    Cancellation and Returns

     

    If you wish to cancel your order, you must email info@pebblesandpearls.co.uk or write to the address below within 14 days of the date you receive the item. You will then be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price of the item. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulation, if the item is not faulty, it must be returned to me at your own cost, in good condition and with the original packaging.  The items must be returned within 30 days of cancellation. The customer has a duty to ensure reasonable care is taken of the goods whilst in their possession within the cancellation period. Please note I do not accept cancellations by telephone. Bespoke or commission work cannot be cancelled once the work has begun and no refunds will be given unless the item is faulty.

    If the item is faulty, please contact me as soon as possible. If the item is faulty on receipt, I will refund the full purchase price and delivery costs however I request that the item and original packaging are returned (Reasonable postage costs for the return of the item will be refunded). After the expiry of the 30 day period I will repair or replace the item if it is within six months of purchase. If a repair or replacement is not possible, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund.  

    You will find a jewellery care card enclosed with your order. Please read and follow the enclosed information. Every precaution is taken when creating each piece to avoid tarnishing and to ensure the piece is as strong and durable as possible, however some items are fragile by nature and care must be taken when storing and wearing some pieces. I recommend you keep your item in the packaging provided with the sachet of desiccant supplied in order to help prevent tarnishing.
